Body: Yellow, Light Blue, and Scarlet Seal's Fur (sub goat)

Hackle: An Eagle's Hackle (I substituted a leg feather from a Brown Eared Pheasant. Blue Eared Pheasants have similar feathers but of a grey color.) From the 3rd Turn of Tinsel.

Throat: Wigeon (sub teal)

Wings: Light Mottled Turkey Tail (tied flat on top)

Head: Black
