The Char Finn

Name The Char Finn
Category Pacific Salmon/Arctic Char
Hook Your choice, I use a Gamakatsu size # 1 or 2 usually
Tag Oval French twist tinsel
Tail Arctic fox hair or similar, grey fox, squirrel tail etc, very sparse
Body Bright orange floss
Ribbing A black saddle hackle wound palmer style and over wound with medium oval French twist tinsel in silver
Hackle Bleached goose shoulder dyed jet black swept back in the spey fashion
Wing Either a paired married wing of orange, black, and white goose wing feather or a stacked hair wing of the same colors
