            Beclouded

            This isn't me,
            though I
            perceived the outward hull
            most others can see.

            This isn't me,
            for you
the beauty of the inward song
            is hidden by flesh's parody.

            This isn't me,
            your vision
            is refracted through
            outer man's obesity.

            This isn't me,
            please won't you
            listen and uncover
            the inner man's melody.
