Iwas assigned to NAVSTA,Adak Alaska from
1972 to 1973
as CM 2.
I was transfered to USNMCB5 in 1973
until 1976 as MA2
I spent 1976 to 1977 at shore patrol
NAVSTA Pearl
harbor
as MA1,then went aboard USS Sample
FF1048 until 1980.
In 1980 I was assigned to base security
at NAVWEPSTA,
Concord,CA.Then went aboard USS lynde
McCormick DDG
8,
in late 1980,retired in 1982,having
spent 12 previous
years
of nondescript existance in the USArmy.

there
or anyone wishing to swap stories.
