Download the Sonic the hedgehog cheat!
Put this file (must be unzipped first) into the same folder as your 'Sonic 3 & Knuckles.exe' file. This cheat allows you to enable/disable the debug mode. [In the debug mode, you can MAKE rings.] You can also allow yourself to complete stages that you haven't completed, allow yourself to get chaos/super emeralds without going to the special stages......
