Things I've Done-Places I've Been

When I was involved in missions and drama ministry a few years ago, we performed this drama, TOYMAKER & SON, in many different places in Oregon & Washington states. This drama is about an hour long and tells a symbolic story of the time of creation all the way through till Jesus'(or Toymaker's Son in the case of the drama)death on the cross, resurrection, etc. It's all about teaching others God's plan for salvation and relationship with us, his creation. We used similar dramas, puppet shows & songs, etc. as ministry during a later missions trip to the Philippines and to Mexico.

Yes, you guessed it. I'm in the middle, as the character "Cruel Ted"; the lead "bad guy" in the entire drama (way out of character for me, cuz I'm not the bad guy type really *S*).

I really enjoyed this time of ministry when we took this drama to places like men's shelters, boys homes, prisons, churches, outdoors in parks, etc.
