who thinks Faryion should be executed immediately.

8-9pm -- The First 48 - 31 - Evil Streak/.50 Caliber
In Las Vegas, Detectives Mike Wallace and Mark McNett
are called out on a nightmare of a case: a beautiful

they've got to find out if the killer is a total
stranger or someone she knows. And in Miami,
Detectives Rolly Garcia and Orlando Silva must track
down an enormous handgun that was used to gun a man
down on a residential sidewalk; the .50 caliber Desert
Eagle is such a rare weapon that the Miami crime lab
has never handled a case with one before.

9-10pm -- A&E IndieFilms - Abused
(movie) A compelling documentary that examines the case
of Susan Greenberg, who shot and killed her boyfriend
after living in constant fear of his abuse and

available defense when she was first tried in 1987,
Susan pled guilty to murder and was sentenced to 25
years to life. But with new laws enacted in 2002,
Susan got a chance at another trial. This is the story
of Susan's retrial and its surprise ending.

10-11pm -- Confronting Evil: America Undercover -

confronts the robber who shot him for no reason. In
three extraordinary face-to-face meetings, victims and
criminals confront the evil that devastated their
lives. Held at the prisons in which the criminals are
currently incarcerated, these three confrontations are
part of a new mediation program that offers a new way
of dealing with crime and its aftermath.

closes in on Wayne and prepares to take him down.
9:30-10pm -- Dog the Bounty Hunter - 43 - You Snooze,
You Lose

for bank robbery, and the team knows that anyone
"brave enough and crazy enough" to pull a bank job can

Chop will make good on a long overdue promise. But

right hand man and former top salesman, Will. As the
shake-up ripples through the dealership, the changes
show immediate results.

Dog is a rough, tough bounty hunter, but he's a softie
at heart, as the two cases in this episode show. The
first case involves Frankie, who's had a problem with
methamphetamines. When Dog discovers that Frankie's
trying to get off ice and get a job, he promises to
help him out of jail. Next, Dog tracks down Christy, a
woman who has 87 prior arrests. Christy tells Dog and

lament that the only place that society has for people
like Christy is jail.

case involves Jude. His addiction has caused his

10-11pm -- AMERICAN JUSTICE® - Who Killed Hannah Hill?
In May of 1999, 18-year-old Hannah Hill left her Ohio
home and never returned. Six days later, police found
her body in the trunk of her car, beaten, strangled
and possibly raped. Hill's horrible fate may have
stemmed, at least in part, to the failure of police to
process a missing person’s report for more than 48
hours after Hill’s mother filed it. During that time,
calls about an illegally parked car came in, but were
not linked to Hill’s disappearance. Once her body was
discovered, additional mistakes and oversights by the
officers on duty ultimately allowed the murderer to be
acquitted without a single witness being hauled into
court. From the early investigation to the trial, this
is the story of how the justice system fatally failed
Hannah Hill.

Trademark Properties to flip a truly luxurious
property. Richard C. Davis brings in the big guns for
this house, hires a high-end contractor and makes a
commitment to go "all-out" on the design. When the
team discovers that more than a few "unfriendly
critters" have been living in the house, they are
forced to spend more money then expected to get behind
the walls. We'll bet you've never seen a rat that big

Langerhans from the Atlanta Braves, Doug Davis from

Orchestra.

set things straight. If you've ever thought about
getting into the real estate business this is an

addicts.

pride and ambition on the line, unpredictable
customers and challenging deals keep both teams
fighting for every sale.

10:30-11pm -- King of Cars - The Lost Pilot

Predicting Armageddon
Is there a prophetic, highly accurate code locked
within the Bible that outlines past and future events?
Does the Code contain hidden messages about people
such as Napoleon, Einstein, and Hitler, and key world
events like WWII, the Kennedy brothers'
assassinations, and 9/11? More frightening are
references to future events--including Earth's
impending end. We take a balanced look through the
eyes of Code supporters and critics and let viewers
determine its accuracy in predicting the future.
9-10pm -- Decoding The Past - Bible Code II:
Apocalypse and Beyond.
As we delve further into the provocative theory that a
cryptogram exists in the Bible outlining past and
future events, we learn how the Code works from

compelling arguments that the Code is merely a
statistical anomaly. We uncover how military and
intelligence organizations interact with the Code, and
compare it with other sources of biblical prophecy.

down everything in the house to it's essentials. That
means removing furniture, neutralizing and putting

challenge. He makes Rob clear out the spare room he's
been crashing in. He takes some extra furniture for

into buying? Tanya Memme hosts.

other side of town, on another foreclosed property,

founded. Meanwhile, former husband Tom and daughter
Susan are left wondering whether Patricia Allanson,
whose whereabouts are unknown, will turn up next.

7-7:30pm -- SELL THIS HOUSE™ - 61 - Austin, TX--Nancy
Anderson
Nancy has two boys and a wedding coming up. She needs
a bigger house for her growing family, but first she's
got to sell the one she has. It's got a comfortable
living area with beautiful windows and three spacious
bedrooms. But Nancy's home has been showing for over
three months without an offer. Despite the space, open
house guests feel trapped by the clutter in Nancy's
dining room and the dark color of the walls. The
living room is stuffed with furniture, blocking access
to the bookshelves and the backyard. It also sports a
bright orange Texas Longhorns color scheme! Roger has
decided the orange walls in the living room will be
painted over and everything will be taken out that is
not a basic essential. Will Nancy give up her
Longhorns theme in order to sell her house? Tanya
Memme hosts.

7:30-8pm -- SELL THIS HOUSE™ - 67 - Brooklyn,
NY--Gerry Campbell
Gerry Campbell and his two children live in a classic
three-story, six bedroom home near NYC. All those
rooms are hard to maintain, so it's time to downsize.
But first, they've got to interest a buyer. Open house
guests are turned off by the clutter in the entry. It
seems to be a closet and a computer room. The living
room suffers from neglect and is dark and dreary. The
kitchen is full of junk and proves to be a veritable
obstacle course. But worst of all, there's a big water
stain in the ceiling from a previous leak. Design
Consultant Roger makes quick work of the entry by
getting everybody to help pitch in to remove clutter
and paint. Then we tackle the living room and paint it
a similar, but lighter color, to maintain continuity.
The excess furniture has got to go. In the kitchen,
clutter and bric-a-brac vanish and we hire a
professional painter to get rid of the stain. And you
won't want to miss the heights host Tanya Memme will
climb to let in more natural light.

buyer in hand! But when the demolition starts, Kevin
and the construction team realize there's more then a
just few problems lurking beneath the surface. It only
gets worse when the contractors go too far with
demolition and rip out more then they leave behind. As
the budget spirals out of control, feathers are
rustled when Dawn takes the reigns from Ginger - do
they really get into a fight? Anyone else would run
from this house but when Richard steps in, Team
Trademark shifts into high gear. And at the end of the
day, it's up to Ginger to sell the house and turn a
profit.

7-8pm -- COLD CASE FILES® - 29 - Ticket to Nowhere/The
Paper Route
A 13-year-old girl's mother is murdered and 20 years
later she helps bring the killer to justice; and a
dogged policeman gets to the bottom of the brutal
murder of a 63-year-old newspaper delivery woman.

8-9pm -- Tattoo Fixation -
For over 100 years in America, the steady buzz from a
tattoo needle has grown louder, and louder, and
louder. We are a nation with a fixation: tattoos. What
is it about skin art that attracts everybody from the
dregs of society to the modern aristocracy? The ink
may only go skin deep, but the psychological
connection goes much deeper. This one hour special
will explore the history, the hysteria, and the
hilarity behind the nation's full-blown tattoo
fixation.

way.

Daughter to Work Day

become a bondsman, gets to do some on-the-job training
when she helps Dog hunt for Wayne, who's run out on a
bond for second-degree assault. A stakeout at one
address proves a waste of time, but the team finally
closes in on Wayne and prepares to take him down.

10-12am -- Beyond The Da Vinci Code -
Is it the greatest story ever told--or the greatest
story ever sold? A best-selling novel sparks a debate
that could change Christianity forever. Were Jesus and
Mary Magdalene married and co-leaders of their
movement? Was Mary Magdalene, herself, the Holy
Grail--the vessel said to hold Jesus's blood--and
mother of his descendants? Did the early Church know
this "truth" and deliberately mislead followers? Is
there a secret, ancient society, the Priory of Sion,
which still protects this bloodline? Have some of the
most illustrious names in art and science been
members? These are some of the questions that Dan
Brown's best-selling novel The Da Vinci Code raises.
We examine both sides of the story--the conventional
view of Christianity and the "alternate history"
proposed by Brown--so that viewers can decide.

Float
Criss takes Mindfreak Season 1's highly rated
levitation episode and lifts it beyond comprehension
as he will hopefully float safely from one tall
building to another, in front of a random crowd in the
middle of the day. This unique demonstration was
inspired by the urban legend of DD Home, a Scotsman
known for his spectacular levitations in the early
1800's. Criss also demonstrates an amazing light bulb
float using kinetic energy, lifts a youngster off a
parking lot pavement by sticking his hand to her head,
and harnesses the power of static electricity among a
crowd to levitate off the ground in the middle of a
park.

10:30-11pm -- Criss Angel MindFreak - 21 - Walk on
Water
