drive-by shooting in 1999, his life came crashing down
around him. This is the headline-grabbing
investigation of a former star who ran from justice
before being apprehended in the trunk of a car. While
his lawyer claimed that the shooting was intended as a
payback to Carruth for a drug deal gone bad, the 911
tapes of the victim told a different story. Hear the
gunman's testimony that he was hired by Carruth, and
watch actual court footage of the crime that rocked

10-11pm -- AMERICAN JUSTICE® - Murder Online
AMERICAN JUSTICE: MURDER ONLINE is a story for the
computer age, showing how small the world has become
and how easily murder can be arranged in cyberspace.
The 1999 murder of Bruce Miller in Flint, Michigan,
seemed to have been a robbery gone wrong. Miller was a
good businessman with few enemies, a supportive
family, and by all accounts, a loving wife. There were
no fingerprints, murder weapon, or DNA evidence.
Police had nothing to go on. AMERICAN JUSTICE: MURDER
ONLINE reports that for three months the investigation
into Bruce Miller’s murder remained at a standstill.
Then, in February 2000, the body of ex-policeman Jerry
Cassady was found more than 700 miles away in Odessa,
Missouri. Cassady’s death was ruled a suicide. When
Jerry’s brother Michael opened Jerry’s briefcase he
made a chilling discovery: a confession to Bruce
Miller’s murder that implicated Bruce’s young wife,
Sharee. There were also transcripts from an online
chat room that revealed an affair between Cassady and
Sharee – and complete details of the murder plot.

romanced actress Winona Ryder and model Kate Moss
before wedding French singing sensation Vanessa
Paradis. This two-hour special includes a look at his

usually sell within eight days, but not theirs! So
what's the problem? Nicki's preference for dark colors
is reflected in the living room, dining room, and
kids' rooms. The whole house needs to be brightened
up. Ashley's room is a magenta nightmare, and with its

with Tom and Michael about sacrificing some of their

also got to go. Tanya Memme hosts with Home Design
Consultant Roger Hazard..

set things straight. If you've ever thought about
getting into the real estate business this is an
episode not to be missed. Learn some of the

to look out for, and what to be aware of--before you
get the final bill.

9-10pm -- Meth in the City -
Meth has always been a largely poor, white, rural

for Mexican cartels, which already have distribution
networks in place, to send meth into urban areas. The
first city caught in Meth's grip is Atlanta,
Georgia... the eastern hub of legitimate trade as well
as drug traffic. This special will take a
multi-faceted look at this new phenomenon--at the

working to keep the drug from spreading and taking
hold of urband centers like NYC, Miami, Chicago and
Philadelphia.

8-9am -- BIOGRAPHY® - ABBA.
The Swedish pop group ABBA (Agnetha Fältskog, Björn
Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad) had
a string of hits in the 70's and 80's before breaking
up in 1982. Throughout much of the world, especially
Europe and Australia, the ABBA phenomenon never went
away, with repackaged hits compilations and live
collections continuing to hit the charts long after
the group's demise. Their music was revitalized and
introduced to a new generation yet again with the
premiere of Mamma Mia, a global smash-hit musical
based on their catchy tunes. It remains a top draw on
Broadway today, proving that truly outstanding music
never loses its charm.

Housewife
In 1988, police and paramedics responding to a 911
call found Russell Stager, popular high school teacher
and baseball coach, dead at home from a reported
accidental gunshot wound to the head. But many in
Durham, North Carolina suspected his philandering and
big-spending wife Barbara, who made the call, of
killing Russell to cash in his life insurance policy.
After all, her first husband died under similar
circumstances as we learn on a journey down Tobacco
Road with narrator Paul Winfield.

California olive orchard, investigators spend years
trying to pin the rap on the woman's boyfriend and his
cousin.

10-11pm -- AMERICAN JUSTICE® - Hiding in Plain Sight:
Tales of a Fugitive
Like many of his generation, Howard Mechanic was
vocally opposed to the Vietnam War. Then in 1970,
based on the testimony of a single witness, Mechanic
was sentenced to five years in prison for detonating
cherry bombs during an anti-war rally, a charge he
denied. When his appeals failed, he jumped bail and
went on the lam. For 28 years, flyers described
Mechanic as "armed and dangerous," but interviews with
the former fugitive reveal that he led a deceptively
normal life under the assumed name of Gary Tredway.
But politics finally did him in: When Mechanic sought
a seat on the Scottsdale City Council, his bogus
identity was exposed nearly three decades later.
Prison interviews with Mechanic, his twin brother,
former college roommate and the reporter who revealed
his true identity chronicle the extraordinary story of
a man who might be the final victim of the Vietnam
War.

7-7:30pm -- SELL THIS HOUSE™ - 73 - Boston,
Massachusetts--Angela Victoria O'Neill
Angela Victoria's classic three-bedroom town home is
nestled in quaint Brookline, a family friendly area on
the outskirts of Boston. She's lived here for 30 years
but she dreams of buying a little place by the ocean.
First she'll have to sell her current place. While the
architecture is stunning, clutter and darkness are
turning open house guests away. Years of accumulated
stuff makes the place seem cramped. Folks are also
turned off by the old and dingy paint on the walls.
Angela Victoria has so much stuff; the first order of
business is to hire some movers to clear this place
out. Then it's on to painting, and Roger chooses
variations on lavender as the unifying theme. And by
using a few choice pieces of furniture and some
tasteful accessories, Angela Victoria's house is
finally ready to sell. Tanya Memme hosts.

7:30-8pm -- SELL THIS HOUSE™ - 78 - Santa Monica, CA:
Greg Heller
Greg's tenants are moving out of his Santa Monica
home, and he thinks it's time to sell the place.
Sure, it's a little run down, but property values
around here regularly run into the low millions, so
it's not surprising that even with a dark interior and
some pet odor issues, this place is priced at
$850,000. But potential homeowners aren't going to
bite unless there's a carrot at the end of the stick.
The living room is dark and cramped with outdated
furniture, and the master bedroom is overflowing with
furniture. Roger has a plan to give the living room a
fresh new tropical-beach feel, and by removing the
bulky furniture, it opens the space right up. Will
removing the smelly old carpet reveal usable hardwoods
beneath? Some de-cluttering in the boys' bedroom and
some sweet new bunk beds are just the thing to spruce
this room up. Will all the changes help Greg see a
return on his investment? Tanya Memme hosts.

8-9pm -- Flip This House - 10 - Location, location,
location!
Richard and the Trademark Properties Team take on a
surprisingly large house in Myrtle Beach, SC. It's one
of the top destinations in the United States and with
nearly 14 million visitors a year it's a good bet that
Richard will be able to flip this house and make a
considerable profit. On this project John Davis steps
in to take the lead and supervises the construction,
but little does he know that a style makeover is in
his future. A 6'7" painter, a stilt walking drywaller,
and two outrageous landscapers make this episode an
unforgettable circus of fun.

9-10pm -- The Junkie Next Door: Women and Heroin -
Often ignored by drug abuse experts, young women are
turning to heroin and other drugs at increasing rates.
This documentary reveals that heroin has moved from
the mean streets of the inner city to the family rooms
of America.

10-11pm -- Intervention - 26 - Antwahn and
Rachel--Follow-Up
We revisit with two of our subjects to see how they've
been doing since we first profiled them. Antwahn's
family staged an intervention to save him from
cocaine, and he went to treatment. But unfortunately,
we learn that his story does not end there. And
Rachel's continuing battle to stay off heroin has been
threatened by her attempts to help her boyfriend get
clean.
