7-8pm -- CITY CONFIDENTIAL® - 52 - Aspen: Murder on
the Slopes
The story of actress Claudine Longet, ex-wife of
singing star Andy Williams, who was accused of
shooting and killing her lover, downhill ski champion
Spider Sabich, in 1976. Longet claimed the shooting
was an accident, but the incident and trial shocked
the ultra-rich and star-studded Aspen community.
Narrated by Paul Winfield.

8-9pm -- COLD CASE FILES® - 105 - Death of a Deacon/A
Wife's Mission
When an adulterous church deacon is found shot to
death in the back seat of his car, it looks like
police may have stumbled upon a multi-party murder
plot. And, a wife remains a key suspect in her
husband's murder case for six years, until she takes
the matter into her own hands to prove her innocence.
9-10pm -- COLD CASE FILES® - 107 - Killer on
Campus/The Bow Hunter
Thirty-two years after the killing of University of
Michigan law student Jane Mixer, police use DNA found
on her pantyhose to finally track down the killer. And
psychologists help solve a cold case by suggesting the
lead detective take a page from the game of romance,
and play hard to get with the killer.

10-11pm -- AMERICAN JUSTICE® - Mail Order Murder
It was an unconventional love story, at best. Russian
teenager Anastasia Solovieva had the looks of a model,
a vivacious personality and a thirst for education and
adventure. Through a mail order bride catalog, she was
courted in late 1997 by Indle Gifford King, Jr., a
middle-aged man in Seattle with crumbling finances and
a failed marriage. Within months, Anastasia left her
parents in Kyrgyzstan for what she hoped would be a
bright new future in America. However, Indle’s and
Anastasia’s union would be short-lived, fraught with
deception, charges of spousal abuse, adultery – and
murder. AMERICAN JUSTICE: MAIL ORDER MURDER reports
that in 2000, Daniel Larson, a convicted child
molester, led police to Anastasia’s body in a shallow
grave. Larson implicated both himself and Indle King
in the crime. King’s motive, according to Larson, was
that he had been fleeced by his first Russian wife,
and he was determined not to let the second one do the
same. At his trial, Indle King became the state’s best
witness against himself through his contradictory
testimony. He was convicted of murder and sentenced to
the maximum in Washington state – just under 29 years.

rundown, "worst" home that is the bane of the
neighborhood. This first episode introduces the City
of Charleston and the characters of Trademark
Properties. We join their hectic, pressure filled
world of home renovation, flipping properties and
doing everything you can to "Get it Done!" Richard C.
Davis, owner of Trademark Properties, is trying to
convince the owner of a spectacular but neglected home

found gunned down in a parking lot, and a trail of
blood at the scene indicates a second victim. Who is
he and what does he know? Gonzalez needs to find the
answers to those questions to solve this case.

millions of copies have been sold and the movies have
all been hugely successful. Now, the ever-growing
Potter buzz is focused on the upcoming release of the
fourth film, Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire. This
one-hour special features clips from the new film and

Gina is bright, fun-loving, and ambitious, but she's
losing a difficult battle with drugs and compulsive
gambling. Gina's family feels an intervention is the
only way to save her. Andrea is a 30-year-old,
divorced, single mother addicted to alcohol, cocaine
and marijuana. She says that she loves the party
lifestyle and that she can't end the cycle of drinking
and drugs in which she's immersed herself. Can an

duckling" in the hopes of transforming it into a
"swan". After finding a great house at auction in
Greenville, S.C., Ginger and the team are off to a
good start - that is, until they see it. An imposing
red brick house at the top of a steep driveway spells
nothing but trouble unless they can drastically change
the appearance. The trick though - making it all
happen within a tight budget. For this job, Richard
turns to Hollywood and calls in his brother Chris, a
Production Designer in the film business, to bring a
little "movie magic" to this house. But watch out - he
may turn it into a scene from Jurassic Park.

9-10pm -- Asylum -
Go behind-the-walls of Patton State Hospital, one of
California's institutions for the criminally insane,
for a graphic, uncompromising look at life inside such
an institution. Through straightforward accounts of
the lives of several patients and the medical
treatment they receive, this documentary special also
includes footage of an in-house review board as they
debate the extremely difficult questions of whether a
patient is a sufficient risk to be allowed to go back
to society. What emerges are stark portraits of
Americans whose mental illnesses have led them to
commit serious crimes, and who may soon return to
society after receiving drug treatment and
psychotherapy.

10-10:30pm -- AIRLINE - 58 - You Can't Take It with
You
At Houston, Cindy has been told that her precious
M&M's memorabilia that she's spent a fortune on in
Vegas has all been mangled in baggage handling. Can
Julie avert a crisis and track down some replacements?
Over at BWI, the baggage handlers have sniffed out
some unwanted gasoline in the back-pack of camping
enthusiast Eddie. At LAX, glamorous Jordi has arrived
at the airport, straight out of a hairdressing course
and a major shopping trip. Sheila's trying her best to
help her out with her overweight bags, but with her
credit card's maxed out, Jordi's going to need help
from an unexpected source to pay for the overage. And
back at BWI, there's a nightmare brewing for some

certainly going to rise.
10:30-11pm -- AIRLINE - 59 - Timing is Everything

through, and now he's come out in a rash. Over at
another gate, two happy passengers Patricia and Alicia
have already missed one flight because they've been at
the bar. Susie gives them all they need to make their
next flight, but like clockwork, they head back to the
bar while they wait. It's a busy day at BWI, with some
cancelled flights causing mayhem for passenger Gary,
who's already on his third boarding card for the same
flight. And at another gate, the Islip flight is
oversold, and Gina has to pull a stand-by passenger
off. Trouble is, he's got to get to New York as fast
as possible, since his wife has just gone into labor.

trying to get off ice and get a job, he promises to
help him out of jail. Next, Dog tracks down Christy, a

like Christy is jail.

7-8pm -- Hand of Fate: I Missed Flight 93 -
On September 11, 2001, United Airlines Flight 93 from
Newark to San Francisco was hijacked by terrorists.
Passengers on board attempted to wrestle control of
the airplane from the terrorists and the plane
crashed, killing all on board. Frank Robertazzi of
East Hanover, New Jersey was supposed to be on that
plane. He regularly took Flight 93 to fly to his
business meetings in San Francisco. So was Daniel
Belardinelli. His uncle, William Cashman, was on
Flight 93. Daniel and his uncle were going to fly out
west together for a vacation. Heather Ogle was booked
for First Class, Seat 1A; two seats away from the lead
terrorist. Through a series of unwitting decisions and
quirks of fate, Robert, Daniel, and Heather narrowly
escaped death. Inter-cutting between our characters'
point of view and the broader story of 9/11 this hour
illuminates the thin line that separates life and
death. 3000 Names

8-9pm -- The Man Who Predicted 9/11 -
In 2001, Rick Rescorla was the 62-year-old head of
security at the Morgan Stanley Bank situated high up
in the South Tower at the World Trade Center. Rescorla
was convinced that Osama Bin Laden would use jet
planes to try and destroy the World Trade Center. Long
before September 11th, he developed an evacuation plan
for the bank, hugely unpopular amongst the city whiz
kids who worked there who thought he was mad. His
evacuation plan however ultimately saved 3,000 of
their lives. Rescorla's plan was put into effect after
the first jet hit the North Tower--even though WTC
managers were instructing everyone to stay in the
buildings. When the second jet hit the South Tower, he
averted panic and organized a rapid evacuation.
Rescorla went back inside to help those injured and
trapped get out. He was still inside when the building
collapsed. His body was never found.

9-11pm -- Flight 93 -
(Movie) The stirring story of the courageous passengers
on hijacked United Airlines Flight 93 who fought back
against the terrorists on 9/11, preventing a probable
attack on Washington, D.C. This heart-pounding film
includes the extraordinary communications that took
place between the passengers and their loved ones on
the ground, and between U.S. military and government
officials as they prepared to shoot the plane down, if
necessary. The passengers' actions prevented the plane
from becoming a guided missile that could have
destroyed the U.S. Capitol or the White House. Stars
Jeffrey Nordling, Ty Olsson, Colin Glazer and Brennan
Elliott. (2005)
