Bishop Dave Cabales and his wife Glenda Kaye were married on October 7, 1967. They have 1 son, Allen, and 2 daughters Shelly and Pam. They also have 1 grandson, 3 granddaughters and numerous nephews and nieces.

Bishop Cabales comes from a large family from Oceano, California. All ten brothers and sisters made up the Cabales Brass Band. They traveled over the U.S. in a Ford bus playing and singing in various churches.

Bishop Dave Cabales has ministered in California and Oregon before accepting a pastorate at Kirkland, Washington on July 1977. He currently has thirty years of pastorate experience.

Dave Cabales is a Pastors Kid. His father, Santos A Cabales was the former Missionary/Overseer to the Philippines. Santos was appointed as Overseer from 1961 to 1973 establishing twenty churches for the Church of God of Prophecy.

Like her husband, Glenda Kaye Cabales, born in Allen Oklahoma is also a Pastors Kid. She too comes from a family of ten brothers and sisters. Her father, Bishop C.F. Foster has pastored in Oklahoma and California. His pastorates had immediate growth as all ten children sang and played music.

Glenda is better known as "Auntie Kaye" to everyone because of her special personality to make a person feel like a part of the family-a quality found in her mother Imagene Foster. Glenda Kaye's jobs duties have covered everything from Ladies Class Director, Children's Ministeries, Sunday School Teacher, Church Clerk & Treasure and also is the head cook for our Youth camping program Dave made a firm commitment to God at age nineteen. Since then he has completed all three terms of BTI and all recommended studies to become a permanent licensed minister.

Bishop Cabales has also involved himself in many other ministerial ventures such as Youth Camp evangelist for over ten years and he is also our state artist. He has also mentored three other ministers. On September 10, 1982, Dave was ordained as a Bishop at the General Assembly in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Pastor Dave's formal education after high school includes two Tech School diplomas and an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Olympia Community College. At his graduation, Bishop Dave had the honor of performing the invocation and the benediction for the graduating class.
