Hi this is a documentation of my clumsy attempts to build alternate transportation. With Gas going for $2.00.9/10ths a gallon you don't even need to ask why!
EbaY had a Karmann Ghia frame for sale. $50.00. I'd have loved it but going across the country in my Biodiesel Jetta is just not on right now. If I had a weeks notice, I'd have set up an alternate fuel tank, and obtained my used fryer oil along the way at various restaurants.
