Epilog
The O-zone layer is gone to begin with. The year is 2012 after the Fallout of the Fourth World War. Mayor Alt has been relelected for the 4th time now. The people of Spokane don't care anymore, Cause the city has gone to hell anyways. This is where we start our story in alittle Town Called Spokane, Washington. This little town has been around for Centuries. This is where a guy named Ralph lives. He lives alone in the Valley. Ralph is about 5'10 and brown hair with green eyes and is really musclar built. He works for the Homicide Division.
