- I train 3 days per week (For about 1 to 1 1/2 hours)
o Monday - Chest and Shoulders.
o Wednesday - Back.
o Friday - Biceps, Triceps, and Abs.
- Off-Season diet consists of high protein, moderate-to-low carbs and low fat with one cheat day per week.
- Pre-contest diet consists of high protein, very-low carbs and low fat. (Sorry no cheat day here)
- Consists of heavy weight with intense and efficient reps. Adding higher rep sets during the last couple of weeks before a contest.
