"English Setter Statement of Excellence"
Our English Setters are simply the best that money can buy any where in the world! Performance in the field is what counts and the pictures on this site show that, both the training and the hunting pictures are on wild chukars and Huns. Our setters have style pointing and running, bird sense, brains and most of all excellent endurance. Stamina is the number one problem with English Setters and we have selectively bred to solve that problem. Our Setters are medium sized, extremely intelligent, start pointing at a very early age and are natural retrievers. Our puppies born in the Spring and will be pointing and backing each other that Fall of the same year on wild birds. We have pictures and testimonials on our website to verify this.

Natural Pointing, natural backing, great bird sense, and natural retrieving! You can pay more and you can pay less but you cannot buy better!

Orange and white, all white body, male available and he is a beautiful puppy. He has black around both eyes, almost like black eye liner which really makes him stand out, it is also important to protect against bright sunlight. Some field trial dog owners have their dog's eye-lides tattooed black to help with "weeping" eyes. He also has a black nose. There are no prettier Setters or Pointers, than Orange and white with black highlights! $650

A recent Email Oregon puppy owner.
Jerry: The pup I got from you is amazing! Couldn't have asked for more. I am considering getting another one, probably a male not interested in breading them. Just looking for another one to hunt with. Do you have anything right now? and how much? please send pics if you have them.

Bella at 10 months points, holds the point, retrieves everything! Chukar hunting is better then last year. 52 shot over Bella so far all on points! Great all around dog.

Thanks, Sherman Murray

I'm not flying in till Sunday night. Maybe next weekend though. I'd still like to see the bass. I got two weeks off and worked Bandit through a bunch of drills. See the photos. I really feel like you ripped me off if it wasn't for my emotional attachment with the dog,,,,,. At 6 months old all this dog will do is find birds by scent, hold point on them, and then fetch them when I shoot them. How am I going to win a National Field Trial with him at 8 months at this rate? All kidding aside, he's everything you said and more. The only thing holding this dog back is his trainers lack of experience. I shot 20 birds over him that he pointed in the last week and a half, 5 of them were planted pheasants. He likes getting the pigeons, but he LOVES the pheasants. It almost looks like he gets high when he fetches one. He's holding point extremely well, and he's just about got the whoa command down pat. I can stop him in his tracks in the field most of the time. He responds real well to most of the basic other commands of here, heel, and kennel. He's finding birds by scent alone, and learning about the pitfalls of the field like rattlesnake avoidance and cactus. I can't wait to get him after some wild birds this fall. I wish I could keep him out there with me to work with but it's just not practical. If you need better photos for your website or something, let me know, I have the uncondensed versions that are a MEG apiece or so. Timothy M. Snowden P.O. Box 289 Penrose, CO 81240 (303) 918-6146

Jerry: Here's some photos of Bandit doing natural retrieve in water last week when I was in Colorado. Damn if he doesn't act like a lab around water. He has not been force fetched at all. Just made some fetch games with him as a youngster like you suggested and he does it naturally. Check it out. I could use him to retrieve ducks in small ponds. He went about 30 yards out no problem. Didn't want to test him any further than that, he's only 8 months.

I might add, she had the brains to cut her range back to suit the situation.
