Please print out the 2 pages of the application form. Please mail the completed MEMBERSHIP FORM along with your payment of $35.00 (US or equivalent) to: UFORCE; Christopher Montgomery (Director); Post Office Box 5597; Kent, Wa USA 98064. Your completed membership form will be returned to you once we have completed your documentation. You will then be registered as a UFORCE member and shall automatically be included in CORE activities.
Applicants for Regional Directors must first apply as members; once approved; you shall be required to pay an additional processing fee for FPO Press Credentials. (NOTE: If you already have obtained your FPO, please send us a photo-copy of your badge. We will waive the additional fee. An official UFORCE I.D. badge shall then be mailed to you promptly thereafter).
