ABSTRACT:
A Canadian man standing near the shore of the Ottowa River in Canada took these incredible
photographs of this UFO. The first image is the last in a series of three in this timelapse series of 10 images taken over a period of 45 minutes. From what we have gathered thus far, these images show that this spherical UFO
object is dropping out of the clouds, resulting in the third image, negative 17 and photo number 1 shown here. After careful computer analysis by Adobe 5, the photographer alledged that there are more smaller UFOs which are in the vicinity of the UFO in the clouds.
Please review the negatives as they are no joking matter. The information is very important, and I have never made lite of that.
This is a timelaps series of l0, taken with a 35mm camera, 150 zoom lens with a 2xmultiplier, on 200 speed film. When scanned at 600 dpi at an indepentant photo lab with a $l0,000 scanner, onto a zip disk, an Adobe 5 computer package zoomed into each image, and the computer package clearly identified several UFOs inside this cloud, and the movements that were made over a 45 minute time frame.
The camauflage used in this case alone can be instrumental in identifing similar cases. I personally have followed UFO magazines and photographs over the years, and I know of no other such timelaps, clear photographs.
ANALYSIS OF NEGATIVES
The photo negatives were received on August 28, 1999 at our offices in Kent, Washington. The sat in our vault for several days as we contemplated logistics of that analysis. Our photographic expert and FPO, Kevin Grover, examined the photographs while in my presence on the afternoon of September 1, 1999. Our initial investigation involves examination of the negatives to check for tampering. After placing the negatives sent by Richardson on our light table, we looked at them carefully under magnification. There wasn't any evidence of tampering or alterations on those negatives, and we certify that they are indeed untouched and genuine. There were several key objectives to our examination of the original negatives. Let me summarize our findings.

Thank you so much for replying. I have more photographs and information than I can possibly handle.
Some of these are of great importance, and they are sitting on my computer, or in photographs or in a camera waiting to finish the roll.
I know most of what you see and hear will seem impossible to believe, but they are true, and all the photographs, negatives, and other information is l00% open for review.
I will start by saying the web site I have started tells the truth, but I could only put a portion of what happened and is happening now on the site. Everything is truthfull so please ask a lot of detailed questions. I have numerous photographs that are not of the web site and I am poor, and cannot afford to put them all on. The information I have learned will be a breakthrough for science and I believe the world.
I have attached only a few photographs, from one of many UFO encounters. Please see if you can get some help with the volume and analyse of photographs, as I do not take very many any more, and I know that is wrong.
Thank you so much for replaying, and I hope you will be able to assist or find people that can process all this information. I also believe there is a massive discovery, how they come into our demension, and I have this on several separate photographs.

"The object was sharply defined, with a luminous surface of a white opacity; the sun's reflection from a different angle may be what illuminated the observer to the distal source, the white orb. It did not not change color. It made no/yes? sound. Investigator Montgomery reports that Richardson stated "When scanned at 600 dpi...an Adobe 5 computer package zoomed into each image, and the computer package clearly identified several UFOs inside this cloud, and the movements that were made over a 45 minute time frame."
From our examination of the negatives, we have concluded that the UFO was dropping out of the clouds. This is evident in the three negatives,

We would be happy to assist you with these photographs.
There is a professional, FPO photographer on staff. In order for us to validate
that these pix are genuine UFO photos, we need your full cooperation.
What we require are negatives. Original negatives are best.
Reprints are the next best thing.
Unfortunately, digital images taken on digital cameras are easily faked.
That is not to say that what you have sent us is not genuine...
until our analysis is complete, we can not say
with any certainty WHAT they are. But every photographer
knows how easily this trick could be done.We perform
complex, scientifically accepted testing
methods like those implemented by the Air Force, Blue Book,
Condon at U of CO, etc. etc.
1. The images you sent are ok, and we really do appreciate you sending them
to us for our inspection. The best case scenario would be for you to send us a set
of negatives to the address located on the web site. We can receive them there...use these
parameters to find/locate/identify. Please send them so
that we can examine them and finally confirm our suspicions...that this is
a real UFO! Preliminary analysis shows that the cloud formations are in with the UFO image
but we could not see any definition in the clouds behind this UFO. What
we need is more definition here.
2. Dennis, John Q. Public needs proof. I am being honest that many would say
that you took a picture of the moon, whether it is or not. The point is, that
we want to prove that that these photographs show a genuine UFO.
We need to establish that before we can send an investigator out.
I believe that what you sent is probably not the moon, but rather a UFO.
Please try to find/send well defined photographs showing a good, clear image
of a cloud, behind the object. Clouds are good, and if we can place the object ahead of
a cloud formation, the preliminary investigation should go into the next phase.

According to Montgomery, the eyewitness also reported that the UFO had ...? It was described as being ...?... in color and circular in shape, as though it was emitted from the .... (See ?).

I am very pleased that you will assist in the proper analyse of these
timelaps photographs, taken with
a 35mm camera, l50 zoom lens and 2xmultiplier. These pictures where taken
during daylight at approximately 6:30 p.m. and when daylight was available
I tried to take a photograph of it and my camera went into alarms for the
first time, as I had no filter on it, so I aimed near the sun, and you can see
the results near the end of the timelaps series. Sun flares etc.,
I know when carefull analyse is done on each photograph, you and many others
will be aware of a new type of UFO. This is the "ARTIFICIAL CLOUD".
This series is the best timelaps proof of this in the world, and I hope you have an
open mind until the tests show the camouflag being used now a days.
You and your staff will also discover numerous, small round black reflection
ufos moving around in this series.
I have attached just samples of the round black reflection ufos, just so you
do not think that I am totally crazy.
As these negatives are very important to everyone on earth, I would like to
send them registered to your attention. Please provide me with an address where you and only you will
receive them. I know you will look after them and return them as soon as possible.

The eyewitness (Richardson) will be asked if the UFO appeared to have any type of structures? openings or what might appear to be landing gear housings, his reply was No/yes? Any wobbling? of the craft indicated an ? motion to the UFO. The object oscillated? and/or wobbled? (Describe it) moved slowly off to the ?
UFOs In The Clouds: An Overview:
When we examine the Ft. Belvoire UFO, we can clearly see how this ring-shaped UFO generated its own cloud. This was not the case here, where the UFO sphere appears to be using the cloud as cover for camouflage, cover and concealment. This object is very similar to the UFO photographs that came out of Fatima. When we examine this UFO, one can see why the eyewitnesses at Fatima would have called it the "sun dance." Hence, Father Joseph Pelletier's book was titled: THE SUN DANCED AT FATIMA. The photographs taken of the UFO during the appearance of the Blessed Virgin at Fatima, Portugal are remarkably similar to the photographic images of the UFO you see here. I would further speculate that if the time travel hypothesis is accurate, it could pass for that same object!
