Welcome to my little home on the web! I've decided to give my site a whole new look! My site is now not only dedicated to my passion for horses, but also the many other interesting tidbits that make up me :)

This is the story of a girl.....

This is me all dolled up at Prom! We were waiting outside of Alex's gym while he attempted to break in...no such luck poor guy *shrugs* oh well!

My name is Jennifer, but PLEASE call me Jenn. I prefer it 20-1. Oh and that's Jenn with TWO n's not 1!! :) I love horses, and I can't wait until I can have one of my very own. Currently I take show jumping lessons at a nearby (well, 15 minutes away) stable called Hunters Run. I usually ride on a liver chestnut Thoroughbred jumper named Copacetic. Which he is but we call him Calvin..Calvy in my case. He's so adorable. Such a sweetheart. We just entered the Evergreen Classic showing in two 3 foot classes which we took second in! It was pretty awesome. My first three years were spent riding at Suncrest Stables. I loved the chestnut Thoroughbred gelding that I used to ride named Prince. He was my baby, but then the owner leased him to a nearby stable so I said goodbye to that barn. I still miss him and I wonder what he's up to nowadays....

This is my youth group! I'm in the yellow shirt in the front!

Horses aren't my entire life thought (surprise!). Every Sunday and Wednesday I look forward to spending time with my youth group. We have the best leaders (Gary & Carrie). They are so fun and understand how to get through to us crazy teenagers! I must admit, our youth group has mastered the game capture the flag. If there was a tournament for that game, we'd be the ones bringing home the trophy. Capture the flag is one of my all time favorite games, because I love running and sneaking past the defense to get that little orange flag. I just want to say hi to my youth group buddies....Jenny, Shay, Tana, Marcus, Andrew, Rebecca, Brett, Megan, Pittman, Aaron, David, Lenea, Melissa and Kaitlin. You guys make my Wednesdays a blast!!

This was when I was in Venice, Italy. We got to feed the pigeons!

In the summer of 1999, I went on my first mission trip. I belong to a church called Skyway Church of God, which is a non-denominational Christian curch. One of our friends invited us to go on this mission trip to Italy and Croatia! I was very excited to go, but as the trip came closer I began to get nervous. You see, I get very homesick, and I'd be gone from my family for over 2 weeks! Yikes! Nonetheless, I had an awesome time and I got to talk to many of the people in Europe. During the trip, our organization (called M2TC) would sing and perform mime to the people on the streets. It was quite an experience! When we got to Croatia, we met up with another mission team there (hi Breeze, Matt, Brett, Jason, Mark, Jaime and Tom!!). They were very nice and welcoming to us wandering strangers, and I felt right at home. Not only did we talk to people, but we also got to see some of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen! Rome and Venice were absolutely marvelous and it took my breath away. I can't believe I actually got to see the top of the Sistene Chapel! That is one image I will never forget, but the most beautiful sight I saw was a National Park in Croatia. The water was so clear that you could see almost 20 feet down, and the fish looked as if they were swimming in glass. Everything was so green and crystal clear that it almost made it seem like we were walking in a dreamland. It made me realize that God was so beautiful and wonderful that he could make something so beautiful....

This is my school drill photo from 9th grade...sorry it's so small!

Hmmmm...what else can I say about me? Well...I LOVE chatting online with my buddies. Email is one of my favorite things to get! haha I am a senior in high school at Kentridge High School. I love hanging out with my best buddies Manda, Whitney and Kris! I have recently made a bunch of new friends that belong to a "youth group" near my house. They are so awesome! (Hey Steve, Alex, Jon, Holly, Katie and Chris!) I currently work at Dairy Queen. It isn't the most glamorous job, but I love the people that work there. It's almost like another family! I also work sometimes for the stable where I ride. Man! That is TOUGH work! but it's fun, and I get to be around horses! haha.

This is me on Bobby, the horse I used to ride..he's such a sweetie!

**Well we can obviously tell that I haven't updated this in a long time...I no longer attend that youth group or go to Kentridge...oopsies. Guess I should work on fixing this...**
