Deimos is a handle (nickname) for one finnish guy who makes music with Impulse Tracker an Fast Tracker II.He also plays guitar, and in some newer FT2 songs he plays all the guitars note by note. He's favorite music style is definitely metal. From heavy to power to trash to death to black...
But there are some kinds of metal he doesn't like. These are industrial and so called "asennemetalli" (in finnish). I don't know what you call "asennemetalli" but translated to english it means something like attitude metal. Bands like Korn and Race Against the Machine... They ain't Metal!!! They are some funk-rap-lightrock shit whit distortion!
And where are the lightning-fast neoclassical solos, that must be in every damn metal tune? There's no need to say I like Yngwie Malmsteen. He's one of my gods (the others are Odin, Thor, Väinämöinen and Perkele). I also like the way that Andy LaRocque (You should know him, he's in King Diamond!) tortures his B.C.Rich guitars. My own guitarstyle is something between them. Weird noises and interesting melodies from Andy and some faster-than-the-speed-of-light things from Yngwie. And again there's no need to say I'm working very hard to get these Yngwie things out from my fretboard, maybe all of us aren't natural born Yngwie clones. Maybe I was Yngwie if I did'nt have to go every fucking morning to this fucking school. It takes too much of my best guitar practicing time! Damn, I still have so much to tell about myself, but I think it's time to stop.
