Well, ive had a week of finals. All classes are over with.. i finished well in chemistry with an overall 75. Thank God for recitation class!!! My roommate leaves tonight, so i get the room to myself for one night and then im off to home tomorrrow. Im excited that i got my job at the feline clinic and i start friday! I have one more final tomorrow.. it's in poetry.. how exciting.. i have to have 60 poems memorized,he will give us a snipit from them and we have to know the poem, author, and theme of each. Im a little worried.. but as long as i get a 50 % on it.. i still have an B in the class! We already took half of it because the first half was an in-class essay comparing authors. I think i kicked royal butt on that one. Im still waiting to get my other grades in.. but i will keep updating this.. My dad moved me out of here on sunday.. so my room is totally naked.. and i have to take my computer and TV home by myself tomorrow! I hope i dont drop them! Well im gonna grab lunch before i have to study again. See yA

Well the weekend finished off quite nicely. In the intramural show i ended up winning both of the classes that i was in. The horses were drawn intercollegiate style, where we didnt get a warm up.. i drew Mansfield for flat... who i had never ridden.. and wizard for jumping.. whom i had ridden once at the beginning of the semester. Mansfield did really well. Before wizard and i were to go.. he had refused with a girl.. it had me a little worried..but when we went he calmed down and it ended up being awesome. I couldnt have asked for a better show weekend and im so so beyond pleased to end my riding semester this way. Unfortunately when i came back to campus my car decided to be stupid and the passenger window refuses to close.. i had to take it to the shop and see if they could fix it.. it may take a month for the part and im leaving next wednesday.. so i guess we will see what happens then.. Well im going to try and go back to sleep now.. finals start soon. see ya

Well today was absolutly awesome. I got my first 1st-place in a horseshow ever!!! and i ended up with a 3rd, a 5th and reserve champion for the division. I was soooo excited. I rode a VTech horse named Dewey(Atache)who did absolutly wondeful. The first place was in jumping and i couldnt believe it that i started crying! It was also a wonderful day because my boyfriend came up to watch me ride. And ive never had anyone really other than family interested in watching what i love to do. He was really sweet and even took me out to dinner to celebrate. This week has gone okay. I got a 72 on my chem test.. and a 96 on my equine test. Finals start next week.. so wish me luck! I potted a flower earlier this week and its dying already, oh well. Oh, in the news... Virginia Horse Center is having to look into contracting to hold concerts and other events such as trade shows in order to keep place running, due to money problems. Well, im exhausted and our intermural show is tomorrow.. so i have to catch some sleep. Night!

Well this past weekend was really nice. I enjoyed spending time with my family and with chris and his family and friends. Church today was really nice although it was at 6 in the morning!! I ended up getting the job i wanted at the Feline Vet Clinic for the summer. Im both scared and excited.. im worried alot about messing up and making people mad. But im really excited about the job experience and the time to be around cats. Also, i halfway signed up for my class at community college this summer.. i took the evaluation test... too bad i cant remember how to do tan, sine, cosine, etc etc.. that was over 3 yrs ago that we even looked at that stuff!! Finals start this week and next week, so my next few days are gonna be hard.. and then it will be a full summer of work.. I hope Chris and i still get a few days at the beach. Well i better run to bed.. more news later this week.

Well.. not much is new.. finally getting rid of this burn. Ive been in bed trying to get rid of the pain for most of the week. Finally im peeling. This week is going to be kinda busy but im excited. I have only one quiz and no tests. Also, a good friend Kelly is coming to stay tomorrow night, she is coming with her friend Jeanie. And on wednesday my best friend is coming to stay with me.. and then thursday chris is coming and we will go home on friday! I cant wait. This week ive also been told that i should educate myself more on the war, so ive attempted to read the newspaper and watch more news on TV. Its worked in some aspects..but i cant seem to have the TV on news.. usually the channel gets changed. Well not much else to say tonight so i best be going to bed. Night!
