Brach Charter's are available through APLEA
Training Academy upon enrollment, after initial APLEA Instructor training. The
cost of this program is $149.00 a month and payments are for 36 months. This allows Instructor's to attend all Master's Club trainings
for life. Instructors who are looking to implement Ving Tsun programs in their
Martial Arts school or Law Enforcement training center are required to enroll in
this program. This 3yr branch director program entitles instructor's to all
rights and privileges of the Messare Ving Tsun Academy and the APLEA Training
Academy for Ving Tsun Kung Fu.
Students who complete the APLEA Level trainings
who are NOT enrolled in the 3yr Branch Director program will receive a
certificate of completion (ex. 25hour Ving Tsun Instructor training).
Completion of Ving Tsun Instructor trainings alone does not grant instructor
permission though students have the option of enrolling after they have
completed their training. Once student has completed APLEA training level 1-4
and 3yr Branch Director program, there are no more annual fees or dues
associated with membership required by APLEA Ving Tsun or Messare Ving
Tsun Academy. This does not include, however the 2 week Advanced Tactical
Training program in Israel.
School Owners, Instructors in Training , and Law
Enforcement students enrolled in the 3 year program have full access to all
classes held at the MVTA, though it is understood that many may not be able to
attend on a regular basis due to scheduling conflicts. These Branch
Director's in training do not test for Rank in the school, but hold instructor
status throughout their 3 year program. Upon completion of the APLEA Level
3 training completion, students are eligible to receive a gold sash from the
school (equivalent to black belt) .

equivalent will be certified as an Apprentice Instructor until Black
Belt / Gold Sash or equivalent Rank is achieved

for the 3 yr Branch Director Program (8hr security, 16 hr training,
and tactical paintball trainings. Soon we are going to be offering
firearms training(47hr firearms training) as part of our program. |

Sifu Mark Messare has been studying Ving Tsun
(Wing Chun) Kung Fu since 1993 when he began his training with Sifu Donald
Green. Sifu Donald Green (Rochester, N.Y.) utilized his Navy Seal
experience combined with his Wing Chun skills to train Sifu Messare and has
been a father figure in many ways. Even as a struggling teenager, Sifu
Donald Green helped Mark to stay focused in school and pursue positive peer
groups. Sifu Mark also lived with his Sifu during these formative
years both at the Kung Fu school and later in an apartment with his Sifu.
Mark Messare is also proud member of the 109th
Air National Guard located in Scotia where he has served since August 2000.
His passion for effective martial arts and street survival has been an asset
to many who are currently serving in all branches of service. Since he has
joined the Air Guard, he has served in Operation Enduring Freedom and
Operation Noble Eagle. He has recently returned from overseas deployment and
opened this M.A. School in Burnt Hills. Presently he is employed as an Air
Base Security Officer with the Dept. of Military & Naval Affairs located at
Stratton Air Base.
He is the senior instructor of all the
programs offered at the Messare Ving Tsun Academy and is committed to
bringing forth the next generation of Martial Artists, Instructors and
leaders in the community.
He has also worked
extensively with his brother Jonathan Messare since 9-11-01 to develop a
tactical training program that can be utilized by citizens as well as law
enforcement & military practitioners. Many of these programs lead to the
development of the American Private Law Enforcement Association

Level 1 Instructor Permissions
(with 3yr Branch Director Program)
- Start a class in your own area
- Teach Basic Self-Defense @ local YMCA or other
satellite location
- Be a member of our MVTA / APLEA leadership team
- Hold yourself and other Level 1 Instructors to a
high standard for training
- Be positive with others in M.A. regardless of
style or skill level
- Teach friends and others martial arts technique
that you feel confident in
- Charge $$ for basic self-defense classes (this
also depends on your M.A. experience)
*** The
level 1 & 2 trainings do not signify mastery of our style but allow students
access to all the forms in Wing Chun up to Biu Je and the curriculum
therein.

- Instruct in Messare Ving Tsun School
(APLEA Training HQ)
- Instruct other Students in MVTA without Sifu’s
Permission
- Attempt to teach MVTA students at your own

APLEA TRAINING ACADEMY recommends that you:
- Continue to train Wing Chun & test all the sash
levels up to gold
- Become a member of the Long Distance program or
MVTA school
- Attend Level 2 training within the year
- Attend Annual trainings at any authorized APLEA
