What is APLEA?: The American Private Law Enforcement
Association was established by NYCRP inc. to promote education in areas of
private law enforcement and networking among private citizens. We offer 300
hour certifications in APLEA training programs and network with professionals
in the field of private law enforcement. We believe that all Americans should
be responsible for self and family protections, within theirconstitutional
rights, as their civic & God given duty. We also believe that volunteers in
programs such as Neighborhood Watch and other private law enforcement programs
are just as important to the community as the Professional areas of Private Law
Enforcement (Private Investigation, Bail Enforcement, Security, Executive
Protection, Martial Arts etc.).
What is an A.P.L.E.A. Agent?: An APLEA Agent is any private citizen who is concerned with the State of the Union in America and is committed to building a network of citizens and professionals, to fill in the gaps in inner security through building relationships with others in various fields.
