The "clean area" is the damage path! On that evening 29th of June the massive downburst
particularly flattened this whole area. When I first time visited this site every tree was
still untouched and only 5-10% of them were still standing. Most trees were uprooted
but in some areas trees were mostly cut in two. Still...these pictures doesn't show all, because
the damage path extends out of sight in one direction!
