The condo includes: two floors plus sleeping loft -- queen bed in master bedroom with full bath on first floor (also sliding glass door to outside), second bedroom with two twin beds on first floor, full bath on first floor with jet tub!. Upsairs is an eat-in kitchen with everything you need: all cooking equipment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, etc. The living room has a fireplace with FREE firewood, TV, VCR, Cable, Stereo with CD changer, cassette. Sleeper sectional sofa, walk out sliding glass doors to deck with gas grill. Another half-bath off living room. Loft has two twins with trundles: sleeps four (kids love it up there!) Washer/dryer in unit

And its very reasonably priced! During the summer I'll rent the place for the weekend for $350 plus 9% tax, and for the week (Friday night through Thursday night) for $500. Midweek (Sun through Thursday night) for $300. Please e-mail for winter rates (I will post these later)

I love my condo, and everyone who has rented it loves it too. Perfect for families or couples. If you must smoke, go out on the deck or outside. Sorry, but no pets. I need to keep the place in immaculate condition.
