to remind people of the sacrifices made by U.S. servicemen.

My reason for posting these two photos is to try and find out what the plaque on the butt on this rifle refers too, I have own it for 20 years and I also use to have a P-14 with a similar plaque.Markings on the plaque read as fllows:
