Ok, so you want to join my web ring, eh? Well all you have to do is fill out the form below, then paste the html code on your web page. But before you join, read the requirements below.
The requirements are:
1. You have to be a Vegeta fan.
You have to have a web page. This is a must.
3. When you join, please paste the html code on your web page. If you do, and its correct, I'll add you to the web ring.
4. Absolutlly no Anti-Dragon Ball Z/Vegeta. I will not add anyone with an Anti-Dragon Ball Z/Vegeta page.
5. Make sure you got everything right on the form. Please don't send in a fake address, it will only be deleated.
6. When I go to add you the web ring, and if you don't have the ring badge on your page, I will email you and ask you to put it on. If you don't, I will delete you from the ring.
