First off, I should say that Terry really isn't his brother. Really! They were both adopted by Jeff Bogard and aren't related by blood. But they're related by bond, which can be just as strong.
He is about twenty years old, and has silvery blonde hair. He is seriously buff, and much more serious about his martial arts skills than Terry will ever be. But no matter what he does, he can never beat his older brother and never will.
Andy starts out as a hot tempered matrial arts fanatic, but gradually turns into the thoughtful gentleman that he is by the third movie.
But before this transformation, he desperately wanted to be the best fighter in the world. He fights both Terry and Joe in the first movie, and when Geese Howard finally shows up, he wants to do that as well. But Terry beats him to it and Andy, well, doesn't. HA! (I'm sorry, but I honestly don't believe that Andy could have fought him and won)
In the second movie, Andy gets to kick the shit out of Lawrence Blood, who was paying more attention to Mai than he found to be his liking. He gets to mess his face up and stuff and Mai was very pleased with him after this.
But as they are the world's most frustrating couple, nothing really happens between them except for them hugging and being happy with each other's company. Sigh.
I mean, Mai was doing her absolute best to seduce him throughout the entire film, but did he pick up on this? NO!
In the third flick, the relationship between him and Mai gets to the very break of my sanity. Mai spends the entire time pretending to be his fiance, (and she again tries to seduce him) but Andy, being the man that he is, tries his best to not give into the temptation. (Will anything ever happen????)
Another guy takes an interest in Mai in this film, and again Andy goes off to save her. Only he can't do it the first time. Oops. It isn't until the third time that he is able to defeat him, and messes his face up in the process.
Andy again wants to be the one to fight the 'bad guy' of this film, this time it being the god Mars. He allows Terry to do it, though, when he realizes that there is no way he will be able to last a minute against him, let alone win.
All in all, Andy is a sweet guy that would never take advantage of anyone and will always put his friends first.
