Here is some of my works as a poet.

Thoughts of Korea

Look at all these people
doing busy things, leading busy lives.
They drive around all day long,
they work, they eat, they sigh.

What is it like to be one of them?
From an outsiders point of view
It looks blissful, peaceful, nice,
to lead the lives they do.

They go to school all day long,
and when there done they study.
and somewhere, somehow in between,
they eat and sleep and worry.

"What about?" you might ask,
And that brings us to our second
College admittance, wich is a must,
is thier goal, I reckon

Yonsei, Hanguk, Songshin, Seoul U
Where they cram and write.
Grab that educartion, Brace it hard
Before it flee's in the night.

And when all is said and done,
a blissful time to live you'd think.
but neigh thier work has just begun,
As they get a job at L.G. Inc.

Or if your male, I do suppose,
Things they could be better.
2 years manditory in the Army,
to serve thier country, by the letter.

What happens then? What happens now,
When they are old and grey?
Retirement is out of grasp for most,
So they work the rest of thier days.

At that time you'll hear me call,
"Next Stop odishee, It's where I get off."
As your wrinkled hand turns the wheel,
To let the GI Walk.

I guess, from a foreigners view,
this world it could be different.
But my heart it bleeds for you,
Koreans who struggle with Livin'

The Brave and the Free

What am I doing,
Why am I here?
Protecting my country,
Without any fear!

Sitting with my gun,
South of the DMZ.
Willing to die,
For the Brave and the Free

But to tell you the truth,
I tell you no lie.
If South Korea falls,
America won't fry.

The only ones who suffer,
Are those on the line
But thier suffering ends soon,
As artillery rounds go by.

And America's reaction,
To all this blood and gore?
Send in more troops,
Let THEM Finish this war!

But, by then,
It is far too late.
For all these young patriots,
Who are dead on a stake.

But America will disreguard,
This great trajedie.
By saying they fought,
For the Brave and the Free.
