Incentive Bonus Plan

The Incentive Bonus Plan was created back during the first days of the amateur baseball draft. The Incentive Bonus Plan states that the player will receive a bonus of $1,000 after completing 30 consecutive days at the Double-A level, $1,500 after the same amount of time at Triple-A and $5,000 after 30 consecutive days in the Major Leagues.
