M I S S I O N:

SKY TELEVISION CULTURAL is a social project of N.G.O.'s " YOUNGS PERU " located in Tacna - Perú

Our MISSION with this project is providing Distance Education for all Young South Peruvians from 18 to 35 years old in Extremity Poverty

THAT HAVE NOT MONEY TO STUDY.

We Hope to DIMINISH the high level of ILITERACY

youth people existing in the South Peruvian the same that usually is the start of other negative social problems , between our Youngs , how for example : The Prostitution , The Guilt , The Doping inclosed until Suicides

O B J E T I V E S :

1.-

Broadcast short educative distance courses , FREE OF CHARGUE, for the Youth People is living in the South Peruvian Villages

and that right now has no access to the normal eduation siytem .

2.-

Re-Broadcast Cultural Programmes thanks to AGREEMENTS with International organizations or other charitables institutions.

3.-

Broadcast information about local, Regional , National and International reality with emphasys in encouraging the evaluation and proposal of solutions about the South Peruvian region problems , ( It means: Moquegua , Tacna , Puno citys including their villages ).

C R E W R E Q U I R E D :

Is not important the STATE neither the ANTIQUITY of the equipment required , THE ONLY IMPORTANT is that the equipment is "ON" .

The Crew required URGENTLY for this project is :

  • ONE TV TRANSMITTER for U.H.F. TELEVISION in Solid State of around 1000 wats of power.

  • ONE CONSOLE.

  • TWO MICROPHONES.

  • TWO V.H.S. PLAYER.

  • TWO VIDEO CAMERAS.

  • And any ACCESORYS for Radio or Television that MAYBE for you being OLD OR USELESS.

    • O U R W O R K :

    N.G.O.'s " YOUNGS PERU " , already has one PLACE to allocate the Television Channel in Tacna - Perú as well as a Staff of Experts in TV Production and Teaching to DIstance all of them disposed to work in the project.

    WE NEED YOUR VALUABLE HELP :

    We are aware the ONLY WAY to secure the steady development of any region/village/town or country is across the EDUCATION .

    Forr this motive born the SKY TELEVISION CULTURAL Project.

    All help of yours will be VERY IMPORTANT to achieve this project, for the welfare of all Young South Peruvians in Extremity Poverty

    that at the present CAN NOT finish their primary or secondary education for ECONOMIC LIMITATIONS one and less undertake and office, technical or professional career.

    We hope with our FAITH IN GOD and YOUR VALUABLE ASSISTANCE ww will get success in making this project a reality.

    M I S I O N:

    SKY TELEVISION CULTURAL , es un projecto de la O.N.G's "JOVENES PERU"Organismo No Gubernamental , SIN FINES DE LUCRO , ubicado en del Departamento de Tacna - Perú .

    La MISION del projecto es crear y poner en marcha una Estación de Televisión Comunitaria para la difusión de : " Cursos Educativos a Distancia , dirigidos a los Jovenes del Sur del Perú : en EXTREMA POBREZA " : QUE NO HAN PODIDO CULMIAR SU EDUCACION PRIMARIA; SECUNDARIA o que NO TIENEN NI PODRIAN TENER DINERO PARA ESTUDIAR UNA CARRERA CORTA ó MEDIA Y MUCHO MENOS UNA CARRERA PROFESIONAL .

    Nosotros esperamos , poco a poco , DISMINUIR el alto nivel de ANALFABETISMO en el Sur Peruano , que usualmente , es el que origina que nuestros jovenes se dejen atrapar por un conjunto de negativos problemas sociales , como por ejemplo : La Prostitución , La Delincuencia y La Drogadicción , llegando inclusive hasta el SUICIDIO , ante su desesperación de : NO PODER TRABAJAR por NO ESTAR ADECUADAMENTE CAPACITADOS y de IRONICAMENTE : NO PODER ESTUDIAR por NO TENER DINERO para SOLVENTAR su EDUCACION .

    EN SINTESIS :

    BUSCAMOS QUE LOS JOVENES DE ESCASOS RECURSOS MONETARIOS PUEDAN CAPACITARSE EFICAZ Y EFICIENTEMENTE , FACILITANDOLES EL PROCESO DE OBTENCION DE UN EMPLEO ó QUE ELLOS MISMOS PUEDAN AUTOGENERAR SU PROPIO TRABAJO , EN FUNCION A LOS CONOCIMIENTOS ADQUIRIDOS.

    O B J E T I V O S :

    1.-

    Difundir Cursos Cortos Educativos a Distancia por TELEVISION , GRATUITA Y PRIORITARIAMENTE a los Jovenes del Sur Peruano en : EXTREMA POBREZA , sin embargo , este Sistema de Educación también estará abierto a personas interesadas de otras edades.

    Dicho Sistema Educativo a Distancia se diseñara en función a las necesidades específicas del Mercado Laboral del Sur Peruano , garantizando así su factibilidad y receptividad .

    2.-

    Re-Difundir Programas Culturales por Televisión , mediante CONVENIOS con Organizaciones Internacionales u otras instituciones benéficas que puedan facilitar estas producciones .

    3.-

    Difundir información constante acerca de la realidad Local , Regional , Nacional e Internacional con énfasis en la evaluación y proposición de soluciones concretas a los problemas que aquejen a la región Sur Peruana en otras palabras FOMENTAR LA PARTICIPACION ACTIVA DE LA CIUDADANIA EN LOS PROBLEMAS LOCALES . ( El Sur Peruano esta compuesto por los departamentos de : Moquegua , Tacna , Puno : con sus respectivos pueblos ).

    EQUIPO REQUERIDO :

    NO es IMPORTANTE el ESTADO NI LA ANTIGUEDAD de los equipos Usted pudiera DONAR , LO UNICO IMPORTANTE ES : QUE LOS EQUIPOS ESTEN OPERATIVOS.

    Los equipos requeridos , URGENTEMENTE , para el projecto son :

    PARA EL CANAL DE TELEVISION :

  • UN TRANSMISOR para la banda de U.H.F. ( 100 watss a mas ).

  • UNA CONSOLA.

  • DOS MICROFONOS.

  • DOS COMPONENTES PARA TOCAR V.H.S. ( VIDEO ).

  • DOS VIDEO CAMaRAS.

  • Y cualquier ACCESORIO para Radio o Televisión que QUIZAS para Usted. simplemente ya no le sea de UTILIDAD .
