The Ascension Conclave is found in the Realm of the Imaji and is led by a Matriarch, the Heiress to the throne of the Imajian Empire. Do naught let this deter your interest from the household. Though it may be led by a Matron, male household members do have a voice within the scheme of things.

The is the House's Sigil. The black rose symbolizes the exotic dark beauty found among the ranks of the Household Members and throughout the Keep. The twined forked tongue serpent among the thorns, symbolizes the House's strength, resilience, tenacity, and wisdom to withstand adversity. The burning phoenix symbolizes eternal rebirth. The Ascension Conclave is "Forever Eternal". The Matriarch's own sigil is the winged plumaged serpent of Imajian legend and myth.

Brief Description

The Ascension Conclave, a Family of diverse members, has noted your interest in joining the Household. However, there are few things that you should know before you consider joining us, for we are unlike most organizations of the outer realms. Due to the dark nature of most members, we are considered to be of similar alignment. Located in the incredibly beautiful Realm of the Imaji, the Household holds many lovers of art and beauty, making for a sensuous and provocative existence.

The Ascension Conclave cannot even be considered a typical organization. We are naught a guild or the typical household. Ties of family unite each member. Indeed, there is nae ranking structure to speak of, members of the Household consider themselves to be a Family and are very close to one another. As you may have noticed, there is nae application to speak off. You will be admitted into the Household after a period of observation, and then it will be up to the Household's High Council to decide if you will become a member or naught.

Since the Ascension Conclave is led by a Matriarch and Heiress of the Imajian Empire, the Household is mostly a matriarchal atmosphere. Do naught be alarmed, however; the many men within the Household who were raised in more patriarchal societies have influenced thought, and the actual standings on gender is more equal than what one would find in most other places. There are functionaries who serve the Household and Matriarch in order to keep peace and take the load off the Matriarch's shoulders.

All candidates under go an oral, in person interview with the Matriarch and a Member of the Household High Council. If you are accepted into the Fold, you will be under a two month probation period, during which time you will be evaluated.

OOC Important Notice

If you are looking for dice and exps, this is not the group for you. This "Role Playing Group" does have dice and exps, however; it is more focused on "active role playing" via interaction in the group's member chat rooms, interacting in Story Lines, and by posting on the Message Boards. You should know that characters within the group advance not because of dice and exps, but due to other factors like character development, dedication to the group, and maturity. You will also be required to post once every two weeks in the group's message board. Once more, character advancement is gained via active role play and story lines.
