-Everything on this site belongs to me unless otherwise noted. I have my work copyrighted. That is not hard to do and is neccesary if you send your work to publishing companies, which I do, or to magazines, which I do.
- If you steal anything from me, I will find out. Then, I will sue you. Because why? Because it's illegal, that's why. I'm not going to threaten violence. Though...I do have violent tendencies. I'm just going to lay it our straight like this:
I'm 16...I love spending money. Therefore, if you steal my work, I'll collect on it. We like to call it the "Jackleen's shoes" fund.
- My work can be printed elsewhere IF, AND ONLY IF, I am cited as the author clearly under the work in a font the same size as the work AND NOTIFIED BEFOREHAND. You may not cut and paste my ideas without citing and notifying me.
- A special note for people "re-using" my essays and such...Honey, I got graded on that paper. As in, your teacher probably read it the first time, when I handed it in. ← Yes, it has happened.
Now, I am sure no one will try to remove any of this work from my site without notifying me first. But I had to get that out of the way jsut in case, so that I do have legal arm in the matter. Thank you.
