Friday 7 01
Friday: Waking up rather early after such a long night of poker (none of which I took part in) and pillow fights (I had my share), we found ourselves with more than enough time on our hands after breakfast. So, taking advantage of the small two wall, open ceiling entrance into our large room, we built a bridge. At a height of seven to eight feet, it blocked the entrance into the room but looked sturdy and fun enough to crawl across. Pictures I took. After taking it apart some time later, and after cleaning up after the mess we left from the night before, we departed from the youth hostel and heading for Shibuya (Jet Set Radio Futute, anyone?). Making use of the convenient lockers available there, we left much of our things there for easier travelling. We stayed only a bit in Shibuya, and soon left for Harajuku. Now then, I'm sure most of us are at least a bit familiar with the Belmont Clark scene. Let me tell... Belmont Clark ain't got nothin' on what I witnessed at Harajuku. My response to most of it was splurge. I bought two lovely T-shirts. We arrived back at the school sometime around five and returned to our individual homes with our students.
