I was responsible for the care and well being of children enrolled in my family day care center. I was registered with the CCD and the State of Oregon. I have attended many classes including Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse/ Neglect, I had my Food Handler’s permit, I was certified in both Adult and Infant/Child CPR and First Aid. Hood, OR~ Concierge Supervisor~~ * I was in the hub of communications; I worked directly with the guests to provide service for whatever they needed. I revamped the Lost and Found system within our budget and provided employees with meal tickets and passes. I was also responsible for the Season Pass system and worked directly with Ski Data and our local Systems Analyst to troubleshoot. I kept the records for all Season Pass holders and balanced the daily till. I worked with the Office Manager by taking care of accounts receivables for her and also the patient trust fund. I helped with deposits, filing projects for the nurses and Medical Records.
