Actress Biography

Alyson, born in Washington DC, began her acting career in Atlanta at the young age of 4 in commercials sponsoring such companies as McDonald's, Six Flags, and Oreos. She is a seasoned television actress veteran, guest starring in "Picket Fences," "Roseanne," "Touched by an Angel," and the "The Torkelsons," before starring in her most notorious role yet in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997) as Willow.

Character Analysis

Willow has gone from being a computer geek to being a wild ass wicca. She started off as a silly quiet girl who's idea of fun was sitting up all night in the school library researches the latest big bad. She has struggled with her sexuality, she first found love in the form of a schoolgirl crush on her best friend Xander, then came Oz, he showed Willow what love really was, and gave her the experience she needed to become a confident women. She then met Tara, who changed her world completely, when Tara was taken from her, Willow herself became a big bad and was brought back from the brink by best friend Xander.
