Concerning the Leaders of the Clans

I am trying to expand on VNN. I feel that not all the clans are equally represented within this newspaper. I am therefore asking of all the clan leaders to extend to me a visit within their walls to help bring them into the 'light'. My goal with this idea is to acknowledge and spred the deeds of each clan. Currently, I get all my information for stories on the Ravenblack-blood message board. Lately, it has been quiet there, at least as far as making news out of the goings on there. I also know that not all clans openly participate there. I really just want everyone to be able to be a part of this news network. All clan leaders please contact me at: child_in_the_stars@yahoo.com. I have only had five replies to this idea. I was really hoping that more of you would be interested in getting your clan some recognition for what is doing and has done. I will run this until April 24, 2003. If I do not receive more inquiries about this idea of mine, I will kill it with the clans that have already agreed, because that is only proper.

RBB New Ownership: Update

Continuing this story from yesterday. Capadocious still has a commanding lead over all his competiters. Xeneri turned up and said though she was honored by being considered for ownership, that she didn't want it. Jardinia is bringing in a close second. And somehow I am coming in third (I've done no campaigning so I'm actually surprised I have as many votes as I do). There have been proposals made to end the ownership debate by taking the two or three (this number depends on who's idea you go by)and have them work together as the owners of the group. The main goal behind this idea, is to keep any one person from becoming to biased based on his/her characters' clan alignment. The last day for this vote is Wednesday April 30. I will have updates until the new owner is appointed.

An Engagement

A happy and loving moment has happened recently. ShadowBat has asked Obsidian to be his companion. In the quiet of the Awakening room, Batty could be observed as nervous and a bit different from his normal demeaner. Upon Obsidean's arrival to the room, Batty proceeded to fumble in his pocket while talking with obsidean. She pondered at why he seemed so nervous, and soon found out why. he offers her a ring, a large diamond with a silver overlaid cross that will not touch her skin but make one hell of a weapon and asks if she will be his forever. This brings tears to obsidean's eyes as she accepts the ring and the bat's love. All we need now is the wedding date and guest list. Congradulations you two. May you have happiness in all your journeys together.
