Since this paper is growing so rapidly, I hired a new assistant today. His name is PersonMan, and he will (hopefully be taking some of my stress levels away. PersonMan has recently aquired the power of Locate 3, and I can unfortunately get him to talk about nothing else. So tomorrow I shall start with the training of my new assistant editor, and maybe I’ll be able to relax just a little bit.
An empire of neutral vampires has begun. It has been started by the House of Andronicus and is extending offers to all neutral clans. From the information I received on the matter, it seems as though a council is being set up, much in a re-enactment of the ancient Roman Senate. Clan Beljeferon is already involved in this empire. My question is: How does this effect those already in clans that are not neutral?
