The Gaming Commission
It has come to my attention that this article was supposed to be emailed to me by Basil2. The email never made it to me or to the VNN but fortunately, someone from the Lost-In-Shadows LJ Community told me about it and posted it up there. Many thanks to "Zukiraphaera" for this one.
The Gaming Commission
The Game Commission is up and running and we've brought the lotto back. And as an opening up special every time you refer a friend that buys a ticket YOU get one totally FREE!* Tickets are only 400 coins for a shot to win a 10,000 pot of coins. We'll pull a lucky winner out of their coffins once every two weeks. But the deal doesn't stop there. For every 10 friends you refer we'll GIVE you 5 EXTRA tickets. Our new staff and added security measures assures a winner twice a month.
Methods of payment should follow these steps. First, contact one of our representatives on AIM or YM! At lottodealer1, lottodealer2, or lottodealer3. On MSN at: lottodealer1@esulan.zzn.com, lottodealer2@esulan.zzn.com or lottodealer@esulan.zzn.com. Tell them your location and they will direct you to the closest collector in the city. Once you reach a collector contact our staff on AIM/YM!/MSN BEFORE you give any coins. Our staff will need you vamp's name, # of tickets you wish to buy, # of coins you are going to give, and the names of any friends you referred. Once our staff has the information entered in our database they will then ask for your payment, and they will deposit it THAT VERY MOMENT.
All thefts will be reported to the Nightwatch, RBB, VNN, and the general public for punishment. Furthermore offenders will also be blacklisted from all games current and future games running by the Game Commission. To be removed from the blacklist a heavy fine must be paid. The fine will vary and be decided by the CEOs of the Game Commission and the mood they are in.
