I've been wanting to get into the SCA, the Society for
Creative Anachronism, for a little while and in order
to do so, I have to research this persona (I research
everything) and I will have lots of fun with this. Although
a Vardo, or wagon, is not period (as in between 600AD
and 1650AD) I'm hoping to convince my fiance to help me
build one for events. At any rate, the "gypsy" (a very
rude word, I might add) sites I've been researching will
be pasted on this site, so any who wish to know more
about the Roma or the SCA will have no trouble finding
this research. I'm sure there's more information out there
for others to find, but I believe in exhaustive
research, personally. Have fun learning about the Roma, the
SCA, and my cool little family, as we grow together.
A normal day at an Event-with a mercenary, a pirate,
a gypsy with child, and a travelling merchant.
