His Strength being low means he only does half damage so devide his physical damage in half d4 is d2 d6 is d3 so he will really roll a d3 or d2 for physical attacks. His dexterity is low so I have taken 15 % off of his hit and evade. His Stamina is way low and that means he can only attack or evade every other round however his creatures can attack every round.)
