Froggy
I am MysticFrog, but you may call me Froggy. I was born a small talking frog in an enchanted pond hidden deep within a forest. The forest was on the outskirts of a village. One day I ventured to the village but the villagers feared me and said I was a freak, they thought I was evil, and banished me from the village forever. So I returned to my pond, vowing never to go to the village again. I avoided anyone that neared my pond.
Then one evening I was sitting on a lilypad in my pond then a dark stranger neared me. He knelt beside the water and looked into it. I noticed that he cast no reflection. He sighed deeply and spoke to himself, "Those villagers nearly killed me, so close was the stake to my heart, I thought it was over for me." I looked closely at him and saw his shirt was blood soaked. I hesitated for a moment then said, "The water has magic, it will heal your wound."
Startled by a voice he looked around for the source. Seeing only a small green and purple frog he thought he must be hearing things. I hopped up beside him and said, "Trust me, the water will heal you." He looked at me oddly, "A talking frog? Now i've seen everything, What is your name little frog?" I replied, "I have no name, but you can call me 'Froggy.'" He smiled at me and said, "and I am 'Malgorious, but you may call me 'Mal'"
He then cupped his hands over the water and scooped some up. It glowed brightly in his trembling hand. He poured it over his wound and the wound began to glow. Suddenly the wound closed, and disappeared without a scar. "I am forever in your debt my beloved Froggy. If in anyway I can repay you, you have but to ask."
I thought about the villagers and how I would be alone forever if I stayed in the pond, so I asked Mal, "Will you take me with you?" He thought for a minute, then said, "Yes, You may come with me" Then he paused, "But I fear that a small frog would easily be harmed when in my company, But I think I have a solution." I waited to hear anything he had to say that would take me way from my misery. "I am a vampire, if you have not already guessed that. I will bestow upon you the gift of eternal life and we can leave together." I told him I would be honored for such a gift.
He lifted me up and as softly as a breeze his lips brushed across my neck, A tingle coursed through me like lightning then his fangs sank in. He then cut his wrist and put it to my lips. I drank deeply, feeling his fiery blood in my veins.
Then something strange happened, I began to change, I started growing. I cried out in pain as my body started taking on the shape of a human. Mal held me gently until my pain stopped. He stepped back from me and held my hands out. "My Beloved, you are beautiful" was all that Mal could say. I stood naked in the cool night air and tried covering up my new vampiric body. Mal removed his long coat and covered me.
Thru the night I tried walking on my new feet and stumbled a few times trying to adjust to my human shaped body. Mal helped me as I adjusted to my new body, my new life, and showed me many things. As dawn neared we hid from the sun. When night fell Mal woke me and told me I was about to see things I only dreamed of. He taught me the way of seducing my prey, making them want my embrace. He took me all over the world as he had promised.
Then one day as we were hunting he was captured and killed, I barely escaped myself. I was again alone. I wander from place to place never fitting in until I happened upon a hotel with a tavern, it was loud with voices, yet cast in darkness. I ventured in and watched the occupants. I could smell the scent of blood and the decay of the undead, I saw demons and creatures I never knew existed. I knew no one yet felt safe within these walls. I knew no human would hurt me here. As time went by I found out that the groups that I saw were clans.
The lord of one of the clans befriended me. Over the years we knew if anything should happen, if we had to battle or fight an enemy, we would stand and fight together. It was obvious he cared for his family, and even tho I wasn't of his blood he took me in and treated me like family. When he asked me to join his clan I accepted, With my powerful magic abilities and healing powers he knew I would be a great asset to his clan. Now I stand with my familia, the Dk's, "forever and a day ~ Dk".
After Mals death I had my clan family but was still very alone, Til one day a stranger came into the tavern, immediately something went through me like a shock of electricity, I looked up towards the door. There stood a handsome creature who took my breathe away, there was something about him, he turned and looked at me and I knew he felt it too. This creature had dark brownish skin and the stripings of a toad, but was like me in human form. I could tell he was some sort of amphibian like me. He asked to join me at my table. Flustered a told him yes. During our talk I found out Toady had been a plain toad but was attacked by a werewolf and turned into a weretoad.
We talked thru the night, it felt like we had always known each other. Soon a romance had bloomed and our love was so deep that we married. From this union we had two children, CosmosToad and MagikaFrog. Cozzie and Maggie were twins and we love them so, they have since grow and moved on with their own lives, rarely do we see them but they remain in our hearts always.
Centuries have past and the love Toady and I share still grows. We have survived many obstacles, such as Toady being poisoned with silver in his drink. Having to withdraw all Toadys blood til he was near death I had to purify it before letting him drink my own blood to save him. Since this transfusion it has turned us into hybrids. We are now both vampire-were-amphibians.
I have become a very powerful mystic healer and am able to walk in the daylight as well as the nights. I still wear my Dk crest proudly and will always be with my Dk familia, but I reside with my loving husband Toady just outside the Dk Keep in a small cottage by a beautiful pond.
Our love is eternal, as is our lives, together we live and love as no other soulmates will ever do.
