Whew, I've been busy

Well, I have resigned my job and am on my way to Bakersfield, CA. I will be working in Spanish radio which is Hot, HOt, HOT! Or as we say in Espanol, caliente, Caliente, CALIENTE!

I'm excited and will post happenings for my friends and colleagues to read.

Well, I found out I am moving to Bakersfield, California. Lots happening....a wreck, car malfunction, needing to find a place to lay my head...lots o' stuff.

I'll miss everyone. And I'll be posting what's happening on the site.

Man, I just got really busy and wasn't able to blog. A busy week and week-end.
1. I may be going to Cali...waiting for the offer.
2. Went to my old high school homecoming. Saw no-one from my class.......
3. Went to a multiple b-day party with family...then...
4. Went to see Operation Mind Crime....Queensryche...awesome show and talked to a guy named "Chris". He was cute and I gave him my card...I await his call. He's a true rocker, t-shirts, concerts and beer.

Tonight is my Gypsy Palm Reading Class. Very interesting....am deciding between Devine Intervention and Acupuncture. I have to wait on the Cali guys......I think my life is about to change dramatically.

I am so happy the 'STROS won and the RED SOX....I am also glad I chose the bee motif....for the Killer Bees!

Tonight, went to a great restaurant event here in San Antonio. Ran into a lot of old friends and old co-workers. One is running for mayor.

An actor who was in a hit series was there. Heard he moved to San Antonio. San Antonio stars include: Carol Burnett, Bruce Mc Gill, Peter Weller, Henry Thomas, some kid named Padalecki, Lucille Le Seur otherwise known as Joan Crawford and Tommy Lee Jones (although he is from San Saba).

Anyway, it's time to go home....it's been a long day. Hope yours is great tomorrow.

Second day of blogging

So, today is my second day of blogging......and I'm asking, vice-presidential debate or not.....Hmm! Just looking at my palms as I just took my first Gypsy Palm Reading Class yesterday. It was cool...I've got a deep love line...so let's see what the mental line is all about next week. I'm bummed, I missed The Turkish Festival in Houston. On Monday, we have a holiday so, I'm deciding where to go what to do. Renaissance Festival sounds cool....I have to decide. I'm missing my Texas Music Coalition meeting tonight but that's okay. I'm not sure if I'm sticking with it. But I may as I'm looking to start a music program on cable access, so let's see what transpires. Texas State Fair is in full swing. I may visit them also. Lots to do, lots to do. Tomorrow night is Taste of San Antonio. Hope they have German Food. I'm craving a German sausage. Anyway, take care, I have a job fair to do tomorrow. I guess I'll have to look pretty. Now I have to go find out how to view this page on the net. I'm learning, I'm learning. Sayanara......Mouth B

Today, I started my blog!

Topic: A work in progress
Today, I started my blog and I'm pretty excited. Although I signed up a while back, I didn't make the effort to start this venture up as I wasn't sure what to write but hey it is a start.

Tomorrow is my friend's 50th birthday! I cannot believe I've known him at least half his life. Time goes by fast so better now than never.

Over the week-end I saw the Kerry doc, Shark Tales and Mean Creek....talk about disenfranchised people. I'd recommend Kerry and Mean Creek. Will Smith needs a new schtick!

Tonight, I start my Gypsy Palm Reading class and on Thursday night, I continue my intermediate Astrology class.

What to do, what to do? I'm stuck in deciding to continue to pursue other work or just to start my own biz...I've given myself until the end of the year. Plus, I'm going to check into going to Austin's Oriental Medicine School. I'll know by the end of October.

BTW, I chose this background as it reminded me of an excellent book I read, The Secret Lives of Bees. It's a cool premise of what we can learn from them.
