I love video fitness. Its convient,cheaper(you have that dvd for life now LOL),and its done in the privacy of your own home.You can also learn alot from different instrutors. Libraries,discount stores and websites offer cheaper alternatives to building a collection like this. Also being a member of Video Fitness gives me a chance to trade or get for free(with the price of SASE shipping)different workouts that nobody else wants.Right now this is making up the bulk of the collection LOL. Video Fitness also offers reviews of MANY workouts and instructors,so you can get an idea of what others think and what you might be buying.Netflix has also been a good source for me to try new workouts. It has also saved me a bundle from buying workouts that I would have otherwised hated and regretted buying.Collage Video offers short video clips to see if the workout style is for you
