In the "reading room" (so not used for reading anymore), there are paintings of trees representing each province, but not necessarily the trees of each province.. Ontario *represent* and Alberta each had "double trees" while the others all had one. ha. suckers. (i joke! lol)

This is a painting of the Canadian War Memorial on Vimy Ridge in France. It is where the most Canadians lost their lives. If you look closely at the painting, you will see the images of soldier-ghosts on the hills of Vimy Ridge. It's truly incredible in person.
