The western Siberian Hairy Hominid wich name translates too " Wildmen "
Another name is the "Siberian Snowman"
theese creatures are considered to be extinct
but the locals still report them
they are one of the few hominids reported to actuly be wearing clothing
they are said to be 7 feet tall and neckless
The Chuchunaa is the common name in differnt regions it is known as other things
in one village they have named one "Mecheny" or "the marked one"
this name comes from its distinctive white arm on a darker furred body
Another name for them is "Mirygdy" or " Broad-Shoulders" For there wide shoulders on there narrow bodies
Another is " Mulen " or " Bandit " because they are known for raiding barns and other Dwellings
In 1928 the Soviet Union sent out search parties to gather information on them
1933 Professer P. Dravert called upon the government to make illegal all hunting of theese "people"
on grounds that all people of the "U.S.S.R" deserved equal protection
in 1970 the Chuchunaa was said to be extinct
some consider theese to be nearly extinct or surviving Neadertals , wich live in sub-polar areas
Some disputes on that theory are that the tallest neandertals were 5 and a half feet tall while the shortest Chuchunaa was a foot taller
