Soul Twist - Level 1
With this power, the necromancer is capable of passing his hand right through into a person's soul, and grasping it, being able to pull at it and twisting. The effects of the power causing incredible amounts of pain. As it tears right at ones reality. Also the power is capable of reaching into the worlds of the dead and damaging the beings found there.
Soul Leech - Level 2
This power unseen in the world of the living but is erily evident in the worlds of the dead. Like an unscene shadow that reaches across the underworld, striking at the very soul of the opponent. The strike causing pain, a drain of will power along with the withering away of the target's soul, the caster reaping the benefits of a rejuvenated spirit gains strength. A side affect of the skill is the temporary loss of the use of a discipline to the target.
Intermediate
Death's Touch - Level 3
Upon casting of this power the caster then has a powerful control over the energies of death. Each physical attack upon the target that touches will suffer the pain and trauma of death and consequential withering and rotting of that limb (ie, leg, arm, etc.), making the affected body part useless.
Advanced
Reaper's Scythe - Level 4
A powerful embodiment of the true forces of death, Reaper's Scythe has two powers. In the physical world the weapon appears real, every strike of the weapon drains the target of its 'life' energies, affecting both mortal and the immortal. In the world of the dead, the blade is capable of severing the cord that connects the soul to the physical body trapping the poor unfortunate in the shadowlands.
Enfeeblement - Level 5
The target of such an attack begins to feel slowly more and more drained as if the very touch of death is in him. As time progresses the target continues to get weaker and weaker until they can no longer even support themselves. The mortal Kine almost immediately collapses and after a minute even appears to have died. The much more hardy Kindred can tolerate the attack longer. But even their immortal bodies begin to weaken and fail on them after a few minutes after the attack. (Online game terms: After the initial attack, every round the target vampire {even if it is of the strongest bloodes} would continusously get weaker and weaker, until after the five round and would be close to collapsing.
