MONIKA’S RUM CAKE
1-2 bottles dark rum (your favorite)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 cups butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup raisins
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cup mixed fruit
2 cups crisped rice cereal
Before starting, be sure to sample rum.
If it is smooth continue.
Gather together bowl, measuring cups
etc... Taste rum again. To make sure it’s strong enough you should pour one
full glass of it and redo the taste test regularly.
Blend one cup soft bowl in a large
butter. Add 1 1/4 cud thugar and mix togeddar.

Add eggs, fried druit,
