There were seven queens of Egypt who had been given the name, Cleopatra. Being the most famous of all, of course, was Cleopatra VII (or the 7th). She had been one of the most powerful women in the history of the ancient world, originating from a long line of Macedonian/Greek rulers. Her intelligence, her beauty, and her many talents proved promising for the rule over the throne of Egypt.
