The exact price depends on exact number of people (with children included) and some other factors.
For example let's take apartment A in period 08 June - 05 July: the price is 30 Euro per day for 2 people or 35 Euro per day for 3 people or 40 Euro per day for 4 people.
Or apartment E in period 20 July - 16 August: the price is 115 Euro per day for 2-6 people or 120 Euro per day for 7 people or 125 Euro per day for 8 people or 130 Euro per day for 9 people or 135 Euro per day for 10 people.
Or apartment E in period 31 August - 20 September: the price is 70 Euro per day for 2-4 people or 75 Euro per day for 5-6 people or 80 Euro per day for 7-8 people or 85 Euro per day for 9 people or 90 Euro per day for 10 people.

1 Euro is approximately 7.5 Kuna's

We don't accept dogs during July and August!
Out of main season we can accept dogs, but please ask us first.
The price for 1 animal is 5 EUR per day.

Everything else (accommodation tax, air-condition, wi-fi internet, sheets, towels, dishes,...) is included in the price if you're staying longer than 2 days. If you're staying 1-2 days, than we're charging extra 20 Euro (<6 people), 30 Euro (6-10 people) or 40 EUR (>10 people) for end-cleaning.



Paying:

To book/reserve the apartment(s) you have to pay 20-30% of the total sum on our bank account. It would be appropriate to pay that amount of money within 1 week of our agreement. The rest (70-80%) of the total sum you pay upon arrival.
E-mail us for the number of our bank account.

If you decide to cancel your vacations:
if you cancel it in more than 30 days before your term, we'll give you back 80% of your money (=of 30% of total sum you payed)
if you cancel it in 11-30 days before your term, we'll give you back 50% of your money
if you cancel it in 3-10 days before your term, we'll give you back 20% of your money
if you cancel it in less than 3 days, then you lost your 30% and we probably lost even more

If there's less than 10 days between the day you contacted us to book the apartment and the day of your arrival, you may pay everything upon arrival.



LAST MINUTE offers, various notices & special offers

For any term in period 01.04.-15.06. & 15.09.-01.11. you can rent the whole house (5 apartments, max 27 people) for the price of 7.50 Euro per person per day (but minimum 150 Euro for <21 people).
