Each of the two units may be sold as a pair or as individual sets as each is a 100% free standing independent operating

The asking price of $180,000.00 for the entire inventory is negotiable (CLS CtP, VSP, Arkitex SW, and Server, Dorner bridge conveyors) as seen in drawing “plate room copy” below. And inventory above.

The equipment was uninstalled by AGFA, and packed and rigged out under AGFA Technicians supervision all original packaging (except Dell servers). Currently in climate controlled storage in Jacksonville FL and available for inspection by appointment only; T & M Service available through AGFA.

Cassettes, Carts, dongles, and conveyors are not included. AGFA direct Quotes for Cassettes and Trolleys are $8000.00 ea. Dongles for Arkitex 3.15.15 are $28,000.00 ea. And NELA conveyors may be quoted individually as they are custom items specific to site footprints. Located in Jacksonville, FL; All required safety stops, bars, restraints and all required protection parts are properly in place throughout the repackaged equipment. This equipment has been repackaged as if new in the box, and stored in climate controlled environment.

Assets are free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances, and obligations.

A. That this transfer of ownership is duly authorized by the Seller and that the Seller is duly authorized to provide for transfer of ownership to the buyer.

D. That there are no judgments, liens, actions or proceedings pending against it in any court, nor is there any litigation, proceeding, governmental or United Postal Service investigation presently pending to be paid from the purchase price.
