    Note that the court of honor will be held this Monday.  Information is on Monday's Meeting page.

Thursday, November 9, 2003: What?  An Update!

    Yes, I really have updated the site, with the calendar redone, and all the camping details for the upcoming months forthcoming.

UPDATE: Those that have seen the site in recent days may have seen the banner ads at the top and bottom of our page.  Some of these banner ads may appear to be Windows pop ups, however, they will lead you to an advertising site.

Thursday, September 11, 2003: Updates

    A new page for the Kings Dominion trip here, a screenshot of out 200th hit there (by me, amusingly enough, while updating the site), along with a welcome to our newest scout, Eric N., a new Chesapeake Bay Fishing Trip Page, and general updates around the site (esp. the calendar and camping/outings section).

UPDATE: Free bonus today, with a Mr. Hickenbotham e-mail on cosmic bowling!

    Scouts and parents,

There's still time to sign up and participate in Cosmic
Bowling at Bowl America (Guinea Road) this Saturday,
September 13.  We have reserved 4 lanes at 5 people
per lane, so we can still fit more of you in.

Please NOTE:  We will meet at Bowl America at 10pm.
Mr. Jackson & I will return Scouts to their homes after
we have finished bowling but we may need another person
to drive Scouts home if more Scouts sign up.

One game is $4.00 per person (after the troop subsidy).
Bowling shoe rentals are $3.50 per pair.  We will attempt
to complete 3 and possibly four games so I recommend
that you bring $20 cash for bowling/shoes and whatever
additional amount you may want for snacks.  (If we only
have time for 3 games, you will be charged accordingly.)

Again, let me know if you would like to join us.
If we have fewer than16 people by Friday night,
I would like to cancel one of the lanes so Bowl
America can give it to someone else.

I have NO idea why that text is gray, but it does look cool!

Saturday, September 6, 2003: Many Things

    Many updates.  First, there will be a bicycle ride this Sat. and 9 am.  2nd, committee meeting minutes are here, and 3rd, the site hit 200!!!!  I will be posting a screenshot of the 200 soon.  And finally, the site, for some reason, changes its style up top, but I like it like this, so it will stay for now.

    Added a hit counter to the website.  I am working on having the troop numbers (see top of page) be the counters.
